Among others we accept the following private insurance providers: United Healthcare, Humana, Unicare, Pyramid Life, Integrated Health Plan Inc. (IHP), CorVel, and others.

Medicare/Medicaid

We can help you learn if you qualify for Medicare/Medicaid coverage during our free evaluation visit. Many are surprised to learn that they are covered for home care/hospice services through Medicare/Medicaid.
