All patient-care plans are managed by a registered nurse who coordinates with the attending physician and the Willow Creek interdisciplinary team to continually provide optimum medical care.
What It Includes
Blood pressure monitoring, wound care, catheter, colostomy and ileostomy care, blood draws and injections, diabetic management, medication and pain control, respiratory monitoring and care, education for the patient / family / caregiver.
